Salted and Sweet Honey Fudge and Bee Bros Tart
With crunchy honeycomb, thick chocolate cream and layered salted caramel, this recipe makes you the best chef you always dreamt of being known.
Ingredients:
- 500g pack short crust pastry
- 2 tsp Bee Bro's Honey Spread
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Honeycomb
For Fudge:
- 140g set honey for fudge
- 140 g butter diced
- 150ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Layer:
- 400g The Bee Bros
- 300ml double cream
INSTRUCTIONS
You may dice the pastry into chunks, put the cocoa powder, pour the honey and run the machine. You must bake this mixture and prepare the fudge. You just need to mix all the ingredients and melt the butter. You must cook them for 4-5 minutes. For the topping, you must mix The Bee Bros and cream. Now, you must assemble them together and place them in the fridge.
