THE BEE BROS ICE CREAM
(NO COOK, EGG FREE, SMALL BATCH)
- 1/3 cup The Bee Bros Spread
- 1 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (preferably kosher)
- In a blender, blend together The Bee Bros spread, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
- Once the ice cream mixture is cold, freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
